Does He Ever Mean What He Says?

During the debates, Preznit Bush insisted that the way to boost employment was to provide further education for Americans. If so, why does his new budget cut 75% of the money for adult education, including such basics as GED ? Only on the subject of tax cuts for the wealthy can we count on what the Preznit says. As usual, he was speaking out of both sides of his mouth- in a smirk,too.
