Start of a Civil War ?

Robert Dreyfuss reports in Tom Paine that two Shiite armies are facing off in Iraq, the Badr Brigade (a 20,000 man force) against the armies of Muqtada Al Sadr. This doesn't sound good at all, what with the supposed vote approaching on their constitution in a few weeks. These are the guys that are supposed to approve the new democracy as they cut out the Sunnis.
