Orwellian Birth Control

Republican lawmakers in Indiana are attempting to pass a law that will require marriage as a prerequisite to having a child, with accompanying penalties for breaking said law. Other means of reproduction, like in vitro fertilization, will necessitate the state government's permission. Married couples will be expected to acquire "a gestational certificate." Beyond belief.
