Sneaker Attack
Just a thought on the Bush reportage of the Library Tower Jihad - it doesn't appear to me that it justifies warrantless wiretapping. After all, don't we all have to take off our shoes before we get on a plane ? I believe the solution was already in place.

The wiretapping of terrorists is a good, though ineffectual, idea, but according to our laws, it's illegal without a FISA warrant after a 72 hour grace period. Besides congress never declared war as I recall.
