Patriot Plates

Blessings on State Representative Ryan Keisel for legislating Patriot Plates in Oklahoma. For each $35 dollar license plate the state will donate $20 to buy body armor for our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Isn't it truly amazing that this is still necessary in a war that we have committed 300 billion to ? It seems Keisel is not satisfied with fighting with the Army we have been given like Donald Rumsfeld is.
