Human Props

This is a story from Daily Kos that needs to be circulated. When a thousand firefighters from "around the country" arrived in New Orleans to help the suffering people, at least 50 were sidetracked to follow the President around as a sort of human backdrop.This administration really doesn't care.The Bush people did the same thing with a backdrop of helicopters to make it look like the President was right in the thick of the merciful helpers. To me, this kind of photo opportunity is shameful.
