Ed Stephens says Congressman Foley (R-Stupid) has begun a new program NCBL, No Child's Behind Left.

That is the best question one could ask Jim, can you believe he (Bush) still has over 40%??????????
Actually, today I read that he has dropped to 39% on a major poll. I hope it's a slippery slope.
